Governing Bodies
Higher or governing bodies are those whose main funct ion is to define the general functioning and performance of the Assembly, namely:
the Speaker
the Bureau
the Board of Spokesmen
Provided that in recesses between sessions and when the parliamentary term has expired or the House has been dissolved, the Standing Deputation takes over the functions of the above-mentioned bodies.
